Choose a PPTX file and review its slide contents.

  2. Review supported slides

Select the visible slides to include and read the conversion warnings.

  3. Save PDF pages

Create the PDF, review its pages and download a separate copy.

Before you save

  • Use a PPTX file up to 25 MB with 1 to 50 source slides. Hidden slides are excluded. Legacy PPT files and password-protected files are unsupported.
  • Supported slide, layout and master positions are retained. Fonts, charts and table styling can be simplified. Supported PNG and JPEG pictures are limited to 20 million decoded pixels across the presentation.
  • SmartArt, unsupported drawings, transformed groups, gradients, active or external content and text that cannot fit safely are refused. Animations and transitions are not retained. Check the PDF against the original slides.

Questions about PowerPoint import

Will every PowerPoint presentation convert?

No. This local renderer supports a defined subset of PPTX. It refuses unsupported structures and reports simplified styling rather than silently discarding them.

Can I use a Google Slides presentation?

Export a presentation as PPTX, then review supported slide content and create a separate PDF copy.
