How to convert PDF to PowerPoint
Choose PDF pages
Choose a PDF and up to 50 pages to include.
Set image detail
Select the slide image resolution.
Save the presentation
Create the presentation and review the slides in PowerPoint.
Before you save
- Use an unlocked PDF up to 100 MB and 200 source pages. Convert up to 50 selected pages, within 13 megapixels per page and 50 MB of PPTX output.
- Each slide contains a page image. Text, charts and graphics inside that image are not independently editable PowerPoint objects. Interactive PDF features are not preserved.
- The first selected page sets the slide shape. Other page sizes are fitted without cropping. Higher resolution makes larger files; check small text on the resulting slides.
Questions about PowerPoint export
Can I edit individual text boxes on the slides?
No. Each PDF page is one image. You can move or resize that image and add your own PowerPoint content around it.
What happens to mixed page sizes?
Pages are fitted into the first selected page’s slide shape with their proportions preserved. Blank space may remain around some pages.
