Before you save
- Use a PDF up to 100 MB and 200 pages. Extract up to 2 million characters and save a DOCX up to 25 MB. Password-protected PDFs are refused.
- Reading order, headings, lists and simple tables are inferred. Images, equations, columns, fonts and the original page layout are not reconstructed.
- Scanned pages need OCR first. Empty pages and mixed-direction text are reported for review. Existing form fields and annotations do not become editable Word objects.
