Before you save
- Use an XLSX or UTF-8 CSV file up to 25 MB. Select up to 300 rows and 12 columns, within 100 output pages. Older XLS and password-protected workbooks are unsupported.
- Formulas are not calculated. Available cached values are used; missing results are reported. Charts, images, macros, merged-cell layout and workbook styling are not reproduced.
- Columns are fitted to the page with wrapped text. Rows that cannot fit safely are refused. Right-to-left and complex shaping scripts are not supported by this PDF creator.
Questions about spreadsheet conversion
Can I choose part of a worksheet?
Yes. Select a worksheet and enter a range such as A1:F40. Leave the range blank to use the supported worksheet area.
Will formulas run during conversion?
No. The converter reads cell values and available cached results. It never executes spreadsheet formulas or macros.
