Before you save

  • Use an unlocked, untagged PDF up to 100 MB and 500 pages. Digitally signed, XFA, scripted and unsupported files are refused. Your original stays unchanged.
  • Cropping changes the visible CropBox. Hidden content remains in the PDF and can be recovered; use Redact PDF to permanently remove information.
  • Margins are measured from the displayed page edges, including page rotation. Every selected page must retain a valid visible area.

Questions about crop pdf

Does cropping delete hidden information?

No. It only changes the visible page boundary. Use Redact PDF for private text or images.

Can I crop several page sizes?

Yes. The selected display margins are applied to each selected page. The tool refuses a crop that would leave an invalid page.
