How to organise PDF pages

  1. Choose a PDF to see its page thumbnails.
  2. Move pages, select a group to rotate or extract, or insert a PDF or blank page.
  3. Prepare and review the result, then download a separate copy.

Before you save

  • Use up to 20 source PDFs, 100 MB in total, and no more than 500 source or output pages.
  • Supported page appearance, annotations and document structures are retained. Tagged PDFs allow only validated changes; signed, encrypted, interactive-form or other unsupported files are refused.

Useful details

Can I reorder without dragging?

Yes. Select a page or a group, then use Move up and Move down. Dragging is optional.

Are annotations kept?

The page writer preserves supported annotations, links and page appearance. If a document contains structures it cannot safely preserve, the operation is refused. Always review your copy.

Does this change the original PDF?

No. Changes are prepared in memory and saved as a separate PDF copy.
